Saturday Weigh In & Measurements

     This morning was weigh in day.  Was it what I expected?  Kind of--Not sure if I lost much besides some inches in my bust and fatty hip area.  Even though my weight is down, I feel very bloated.  I blame the Jimmy Dean "light" turkey sausage breakfast sandwich I had for dinner last night with its high sodium and additives.  I knew I would regret it and I do.  I was in the process of making a healthy kale and ground turkey vegetable soup that was taking longer than I expected and I was starving!  It was 7 pm and I couldn't wait any longer and I do not like to eat past 7 pm.  So, I threw in the "light" breakfast sandwich into the microwave, which was 7 points and the remainder of my points for the day.   #sodium and #additives in #processedfoods...Uuuugh!
     I'm off to the gym in a few minutes.  My plan is to sweat out that sodium and additives and get a good leg work out in.  Maybe I should have weighed myself after the gym, because now I feel like crap!
