The Monthly Bloat

     If it wasn't for losing an inch here and there (altogether that is) over this past week, I'd want to poke my eyes out!  I'm up a pound!  I'd like to believe it is because the monthly annoyance will be here any day and when it is that time, I gain water weight like crazy.  It is frustrating none the less.  Super Bowl is tomorrow and while I don't watch it, I do plan on eating some yummy snacks.  However, I start thinking about it and the guilt sets in.  I haven't eaten out in 4 weeks, so that is great, right?  I still don't plan on eating out, but NACHOS are calling my name. This past week with PMS, I did break down on a Dorito binge the other night.  I literally just couldn't help myself!  I am a chip fanatic and cutting chips out of my daily diet has been hard.  I felt so guilty that next morning, I busted rear on the cardio.  I plan on busting rear today for a few hours and a few hours tomorrow too!  It is a good thing I'm repainting and decorating my son's room to keep me busy from snacking all day.  You would think after week 4, it would get easier.  It really hasn't for a junk food lover like me.  I make a point to make lean ground turkey and kale soup every weekend to get me through the week for dinner, so I have something already prepared and don't raid the pantry for junk.  Until next week--Please belly bloat-BE GONE!
